Located in Sarasota, Florida, Erin and Oliver Glueck are a husband and wife team that have a combined 25+ years experience in the industry. Merging their individual construction and design companies to offer a more streamlined process to the Client, Eridel Construction & Design was formed.
Offering a highly personalized approach to each project, they work collaboratively to compose a thoughtful, refined vision to bring out the best in your home. Carefully considering aspects of both occupant and structure, they develop a cohesive design concept that integrates ideal functions, budgets, and aesthetics.
Whether new construction, remodel, or full scale renovation, the end result is a home that is both unique and inspiring.

OLIVER GLUECK
CONTRACTOR
Oliver has been in the construction industry his entire life. Growing up on the West Coast of Florida, he understands how to properly execute a project that will last in Florida’s unique climate. At the age of four, Oliver built his first house with his Father and Grandfather, using a bandsaw and some scrap cedar. This is not just a paperweight on his desk, but a reminder of where he came from and why he is in the industry he is so passionate about. The goal at Eridel Construction is simple:
Building a home with love, that will last the test of time, all while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
ERIN GLUECK
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
An alumna of Ringling College of Art & Design where she earned her BFA in Interior Design, Erin Glueck gained formative career experience at acclaimed firms in Los Angeles and New York City, giving her the distinct ability to create unique and inspiring interiors of varying styles. Returning back to her birthplace of Sarasota, FL, Erin opened Eridel Design Studio in early 2015.
Erin places particular importance on the practicality and comfort of the spaces she designs, ensuring that they not only look beautiful but are also liveable and inviting. She understands the success of her projects lies not only with the end result but also the process, and so she takes pride on the level of customer service that is provided, taking on a limited number of projects each year to ensure each and every client receives the time and attention they deserve.
Outside of the office, Erin is spending time with her husband Oliver, two young sons Oliver and Jack, and dogs Scout and Kona.
ALLISON CAUGHRON
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Joining the Eridel team in early 2021, Allison works closely with Oliver and Erin on all aspects of their projects. Born in Oklahoma, but growing up in Southwest Florida, she brings strong organizational skills and work ethic to the studio and offers unique and innovative design solutions.
Earning her Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design at Valdosta State University, Allison was always passionate about Interior Design and knew that was the path she wanted to take.
When Allison isn’t in the office, she spends her time with her fiancé Taylor and dogs Maple and Hazel visiting neighboring parks and new, local restaurants.
